Living with her family in Tampa Bay for the past 23 years gives her a keen insight into the local real estate market and all this great area has to offer.

Ruxandra joined the reputable Coldwell Banker Realty team in early 2023 and is looking forward to leveraging their expertise and her passion to help you find your "Welcome Home".

Her previous career in Trade Finance and Banking in Tampa and previously in New York has fueled her commitment to customer support and satisfaction, while providing an international perspective.

When she is not involved with her real estate business, she loves to go boating in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or Intercoastal waters.
